The Shiftwork Program:


"Supporting Staff at a time when they need it most". 

This workshop is specifically designed for those who work shift-work or for those who continuously work excessive hours. It offers a comprehensive Personal Fatigue Countermeasures System, to improve upon detrimental factors associated with working abnormal or extended hours.

Participants come away with the knowledge and a unique set of skills for improving sleep quality and maximizing short rest periods at work, reducing fatigue and better managing the rigors of shift-work or working long hours. 

The training compliments and easily interfaces into existing fit for duty, corporate well-being or fatigue management systems.
